Hairy Ears

Did you know that dogs with hairy ears are more prone to ear infections? The hair traps moisture in the ear providing a good environment for bacteria. The hair also traps debris making it more difficult to adequately treat the ear. Always ask your groomer to pluch hair out of the ears. Also, as long as your pet allows it, you can pluck hairs out as well just using your fingers.
